  dear sir, i am a 37 years old man. unmarried. since the age of 20 years i was practicing masturbation and anal sex. earlier in a day i use masturbation 2-3 times, then slowly it came less, now a days sometimes after 3-4 days only. in the age of 25 years i have seen a liquid (ordinary) comes through my penis whenever i comes in contact with sex. these days it comes more even if i see sexy pictures or i think about the sex. earlier days i had not feel any weekness but during the last 3 years after mastubation i feel more weekness. even if see the sexy photographs and the liquid comes out i feel weekness. i gets pain in my knees, hips (sometimes right sometimes left.). my penis is little bend towards right. now a days i feel pain in my penis too at the time of masturbating. few days back when i went to have a sex with one of my male partner i could not get erected my penis a long time and before ejaculation i got discharged. i also feel sometimes headaque and weekness through my eyes. i smokes about 15 to 20 cigarettes daily. i also feel eaching in my penis and nearby areas sometimes. i never made sex with a female but with male partner only. few years back oce a time i get in contact with a female but when i start kiss her and within 2 minutes when i came to make a sex with her immediately i got discharged and the same same time i left the girl. now within a period of six months i am going to marry and i am much worried that in this position how can i have a proper sex with my wife. these are some symptoms. hence you are requested to advice me on this condition what i have to do. i am residing in sultanate of oman. regards ahmad

  Sir, my wife is 26 yrs old. she had irregular p/v bleeding,pain & weakness for 7 days. her lower abdomen usg report shows that a thin layer of fluid with a small echogenic tissue, may be polyp or blood clot. 2 months ago her period was stop and start after 3weeks with a strange pain and a strange blood clot. she thinks it was a abortion and she was pregnant. though urine test of pregnancy during that time shows that she was not pregnant. regular period was start after one month. no problem there. now her hemogloin is 54.3% and hbz<1. how can i be sure that she was pregnant then and she get a atomatic abortion in house.

  I am 20 years old, and for the last 4months or so I have been experiencing tight chest pain, and tension in the left side. It come to the point where i feel that i am going to have a heart attach. My pulse races and i become very sore on that side of my body. It sends tingling down to my finger tips, and causes tight muscles in my neck and shoulder blade. I also feel as though my left lung is useless, and my heart is getting ripped out of my chest. To furthur understand my situation, i smoked cigerettes sence i was 8 years old, about 1-2 packs a day. I also was diagnosed with asthma when i was a toddler. I know what asthma related symptoms feel like, and i am 100% positive that this is more severe than that. I quit smoking 8 months ago, and this chest pain began shortly after that. I used to teach aerobic classes, and workout 4-5 times a week, but ever since this started happening i began to grow anxiety over working out and i cut my workout to 1-2 days a week. At first i thought that these symptoms were panic attacks, but im begining to believe its possible they may be more serious. Im coming to you with help because i dont not have health insurance at this time, and i dont want to go to the doctor if they are going to treat me with something minor as a panic attach. Is it possible that these symptoms are my body recovering from the many years of abused smoking i used to do? Or could they be panic attacks? Or even worse are they warning signs of a future heart attack?

  Hi doctor im 21 and i have been diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression for about 7 years now. i have tried several medication that my family doctor has put me on and i have found that the only thing to work was Zoloft and when i got prgnant it mad me so sick i caouldnt take it i even tried after pregnancy but no luck. i often get chest pains on one or the other side of my chest sometimes both. it feels like i have a heard time breathing sometimes and im always coughing and my face gets all tingly including my forhead. i have two small children and i dont want to be like this all my life i get so mean and dont wont bothered with anyting or anybody while im having them... other than that im pretty healthy i think the only major thing i have had wrong is after i had my daughter my uterus inverted....i need some suggestions on how to help this or calm it...please help me i missed my teenage years because of it and i dont want to make my kids suffer either...????
